Not only does this product work on the same generation GTI but also works on the Golf R. Perfect fit. Simple and clean add on to the front bumper cover. Easy install. Only thing I might change would be the thickness of the aluminum (a slightly increased gauge stock), would help in rigidity. Thanks again
