AeroflowDynamics Complete Warranty Policy

AeroflowDynamics warrants its products to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, unless otherwise stated below.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.


Lifetime Paint Finish Coverage

AeroflowDynamics warrants the original factory-applied paint finish against manufacturer paint defects for the lifetime of the paint finish. Covered defects include:

• Abnormal orange peel caused by factory application errors

• Clear coat peeling or de-lamination caused by manufacturer defects

• Incorrect paint match exceeding a 10% variance from OEM color standards

To qualify for paint warranty consideration, paint defects must become evident and reported within one (1) year of the original purchase date.


Warranty Exclusions

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage or failure resulting from:

• Improper installation or removal

• Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper maintenance

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

• Environmental exposure including UV damage, road debris, chemicals, or salt

• Improper cleaning methods or abrasive products

• Ceramic coatings, paint protection films, or aftermarket surface treatments

• Accidents, impacts, scratches, or normal wear and aging

• Use outside intended or recommended applications


Warranty Claim Approval

All warranty claims are subject to inspection, testing, and approval by AeroflowDynamics. Submission of a claim does not guarantee repair, replacement, or refinishing.

AeroflowDynamics reserves the right to request documentation, photographs, maintenance records, or product return for evaluation. Failure to follow warranty procedures may result in denial of coverage.


Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AeroflowDynamics shall not be responsible for labor costs, installation or removal expenses, shipping costs, vehicle downtime, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

If a warranty claim is approved, AeroflowDynamics reserves the right to repair, refinish, or replace the product at its sole discretion.


Limited Fitment Warranty

AeroflowDynamics warrants that its products are manufactured to fit the specific vehicle applications listed when installed on vehicles that remain in original, unmodified factory configuration.

This warranty applies only when the product is installed on the exact year, make, model, and trim specified and installed using proper installation procedures and supplied hardware.

Fitment warranty does not cover:

  • Modified vehicles, including aftermarket body components, suspension changes, collision repairs, or structural alterations

  • Improper installation or failure to follow installation instructions

  • Compatibility with third-party aftermarket parts

  • Minor variations caused by normal vehicle manufacturing tolerances

  • Cosmetic or aesthetic fitment preferences

  • Damage occurring during installation

Professional installation is strongly recommended. Customers and installers are responsible for verifying proper fitment prior to permanent installation, painting, or modification. AeroflowDynamics is not responsible for labor, paint, installation costs, or damages resulting from installation or attempted installation.

 

All fitment warranty claims are subject to review and approval by AeroflowDynamics. If a claim is approved, AeroflowDynamics reserves the right to repair, replace, or exchange the product at its sole discretion.


Shipping Damage Claim

Customers must report shipping damage within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for claim review. Customers may be required to provide photographs of packaging and damage.


Vehicle Manufacturing Tolerance Disclaimer

Customers acknowledge that vehicle body panels, mounting points, and structural components may vary slightly due to manufacturer production tolerances, previous repairs, or vehicle age. Minor adjustments during installation may be required and do not constitute a fitment defect.


Test Fit Requirement Disclaimer

All painted, color-matched, or surface-finished aerodynamic components must be test-fitted prior to final installation. AeroflowDynamics is not responsible for fitment concerns, paint damage, or installation issues once a product has been permanently installed, painted, modified, or altered.


Preorder Terms & Conditions

Preorder items are products that are not currently in stock and are manufactured or produced as part of a scheduled production run. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree that your item will ship only after the production process has been completed.

Production & Shipping Timeframes 

Estimated production timelines for preorder items are approximately 3–6 months, depending on the specific product and manufacturing schedule. All production timelines are estimates only and are subject to change. Production delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to material shortages, supplier delays, manufacturing constraints, quality control processes, or shipping carrier delays. Such delays do not qualify as grounds for order cancellation or refund.

Cancellation Policy Preorders may be canceled within five (5) business days from the date the order is placed. After the five (5) business day cancellation period has expired:

-Preorders become final sale

-Orders cannot be canceled

-Deposits and payments become non-refundable

This policy exists because preorder products require production planning, material procurement, and allocation of manufacturing resources shortly after an order is placed.

Returns & Refunds

Preorder items are not eligible for return or refund once production has begun or once the cancellation window has expired, except in cases where: The item arrives defective, or The item received is materially different from what was ordered Any eligible warranty or defect claims will be handled in accordance with our standard warranty policy.

Customer Acknowledgment

By placing a preorder, the customer confirms that they:

-Understand the estimated production timeframe

-Understand that the shipment of the order will occur after production is complete and stock has been received

-Agree to the limited cancellation window

-Accept that preorder items are produced specifically to fulfill customer demand


DISCLAIMER POLICY:

Aeroflowdynamics products are designed for "Off-Road" use only. Products are NOT approved by any Law Enforcement Agencies, The Department of Transportation, EPA, ARB or Local Authorities for use on public roads. Some products are NOT legal for sale or use in California on any pollution controlled motor vehicles. Please check all local laws before ordering any products.


RETURN POLICY:

No Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of a defective product. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to arrange for a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange due to a defective product, you must provide proof of purchase and the product must be in its original packaging with original hardware. If the original packaging and/or hardware is not present, eligibility for return may be denied or subjected to a 30% restocking fee. The product or order must be under the following conditions:

  • 14 days from the delivery date.
  • contain proper requested documentation of the defect

If a product is deemed eligible for return/exchange, the customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs and may be subjected to restocking fees up to 30%. For further information regarding custom orders or products that begin production once the order is placed, please refer to our "Exhaust Systems", "CNC-Machined Items", and "AeroFlowDynamics Wheels" section

We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.

Custom Product Lead Times & Shipping Policy

Exhaust Systems

All AeroFlowDynamics F1, stainless steel, and titanium exhaust systems are made to order.
Production begins immediately after your order is placed.

  • Typical Lead Time: 4–5 weeks (unless in stock)

  • All exhaust system orders are FINAL SALE

  • No cancellations, returns, or modifications can be made once the order is submitted, as production starts right away.

 

CNC-Machined Items

CNC-cut aero components are produced per order and require material allocation and machine programming.

  • Typical Lead Time: 2–4 weeks

  • CNC items may be canceled within 48 hours after the order has been placed

  • After 48 hours:

    • Orders become FINAL SALE

    • Any cancellation request will be subject to a restocking fee (up to 30%) due to production preparation already in progress

       

AeroFlowDynamics Wheels

All AeroFlowDynamics wheels including any and all forged or cast are made to order. Once the order has been made, a wheel specialist will be in contact to finalize design and specifications of the order.

  • Typical Lead Time: 4-6 weeks (model dependent)

  • All wheel orders are FINAL SALE

  • No cancellations, returns, or modifications can be made once the order is finalized as production will begin immediately after


Affiliated Sales Channels

Products sold through affiliated sales channels, authorized dealers, marketplaces, social commerce platforms, point-of-sale systems, or other approved sales partners may require customers to agree to additional terms and conditions specific to that platform or sales channel.

Notwithstanding any platform-specific terms, all products sold by AeroflowDynamics remain subject to AeroflowDynamics' applicable policies, including but not limited to its Return Policy, Warranty Policy, Shipping Policy, Preorder Policy, Final Sale Policy, and all other published Terms and Conditions.

By purchasing an AeroflowDynamics product through an affiliated sales channel, the customer acknowledges and agrees that both the platform's terms and AeroflowDynamics' policies may apply to the transaction. In the event of a conflict relating to product eligibility, warranty coverage, preorder fulfillment, returns, exchanges, restocking fees, or other product-specific matters, AeroflowDynamics' policies shall govern to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

For orders placed through an affiliated sales channel, marketplace, dealer, distributor, or third-party point-of-sale system, customers must direct all order-related inquiries, including but not limited to payment disputes, order modifications, cancellations, refunds, shipping inquiries, delivery issues, and transaction-related concerns, to the original point of sale. AeroflowDynamics may, at its sole discretion, decline to process requests relating to orders that were not purchased directly through its website.

AeroflowDynamics reserves the right to require customers to work through the originating sales channel for any matter involving order administration, payment processing, refunds, chargebacks, or transaction disputes. Product-specific warranty claims may still be subject to review by AeroflowDynamics in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all applicable terms and conditions prior to completing their purchase.


International Orders, Customs, Duties & Tariffs

Customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), and any other import-related charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs unless expressly stated otherwise.

AeroflowDynamics has no control over customs policies, import regulations, or applicable fees assessed by foreign governments and is not responsible for determining or collecting such charges.

If a customer refuses delivery, declines to pay applicable customs duties or import fees, fails to provide information required for customs clearance, or otherwise causes the shipment to be returned, abandoned, destroyed, or confiscated by the carrier or customs authorities, the order shall be considered non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

If a returned shipment is successfully received back by AeroflowDynamics, any refund or store credit issued shall be at AeroflowDynamics' sole discretion and may be reduced by all outbound shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, carrier charges, and any other costs incurred by AeroflowDynamics in connection with the shipment.

AeroflowDynamics is not responsible for delays, seizures, additional inspections, or delivery failures resulting from customs processing, import regulations, or the customer's failure to comply with the destination country's import requirements.


Holiday/Sale Fulfillment Notice

DURING HOLIDAYS OR SALE PERIODS RESULTING IN INFLUX OF ORDERS, FULFILLMENT MAY BE DELAYED BY SEVERAL DAYS (UP TO BUT NOT LIMITED TO 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS).
