Very easy to install.

Charges better and has great grip than OEM, but still had some issues connecting not sure if it’s cause of my phone or just trouble connecting.

Ok, so based on how my relationship with Aeroflow started I never thought I’d be writing a glowing review for this product. You see, I placed my order and a week later a box is delivered. I open the box and it’s two cheap plastic what looked like corner protectors for something?? No phone number available to contact them so I immediately email them asking for clarity..no response. I then start a claim with PayPal against them but in the mean time finally hear back from their customer service. I think her name was Anya and from that moment on my entire experience changed. I sent her photos of what I received and she was most apologetic and promised to make it right. As the charger wasn’t actually in stock yet she offered me a refund or I could keep the order as placed and she would keep me posted as to shipping dates. 10 days later I get notified it’s on its way.Now the fun part of this review…The charger is high quality and the swap out is something even an entry level diy’er can handle. It literally took my 10 minutes. It’s been in my 25 Crosstrek a week now and I can’t get my phone to disconnect even if I try…and HAVE I tried.Thank you Aeroflow for not only making a great product but standing behind it and even going so far as to admit when you make a mistake. Aeroflow will be my goto as more Crosstrek accessories become available.
