Engineered exclusively for the 2023–2026 Chevrolet Corvette C8 Z06, the AeroFlowDynamics RS Exhaust System unlocks a deeper, more aggressive sound from the 5.5L LT6 flat-plane crank V8 while significantly improving exhaust flow.

Unlike the high-pitched sound profile of our F1 System, the new AFD RS System is designed for Z06 owners who want a deeper tone, stronger V8 presence, reduced restriction, and increased performance potential.

This is a completely valveless, no-muffler exhaust system. There are no valves, no restrictive muffler chambers, and no quiet mode. The system remains fully open at all times for maximum sound, flow, and performance.

Precision Engineering

Every AFD RS Exhaust System is engineered specifically around the underbody layout, mounting points, bumper clearance, and diffuser geometry of the C8 Z06.

Exhaust Simulators Included

The simulators connect to the factory exhaust-valve wiring because the original valve actuators are no longer used. They are designed to help prevent valve-system-related warning messages after the factory exhaust is removed.

The NPP and AFM simulators do not control exhaust volume and do not add valve functionality. The AFD RS System remains completely valveless and fully open at all times.

Downpipe Options

• OEM Downpipes

Retain your factory Z06 downpipes and catalytic converters for the most street-friendly RS configuration.

• AFD 200-Cell High-Flow Downpipes

The AFD 200-cell high-flow downpipes reduce restriction while retaining catalytic converters for emissions/inspections.

Please refer to your vehicle warranty for emission component related statements as the 200-cell high-flow downpipes void specific warranty agreements, as well as state/regional regulations.

• AFD Track Section

The AFD Track Section provides the highest-flow and most aggressive configuration available. 

This track section downpipe selection is designed for "Off-Road" use ONLY. Please review our terms and conditions under the disclaimer policy for further information.

Additionally, please refer to local emissions and exhaust regulations as these downpipes are expected to cause an emissions-related check engine light due to the removal of the OEM downpipes housing emission components.
