Got these installed today and so far after about 50 miles of driving i have to say these are exactly what AFD claims. The ride is almost exactly like stock in comfort and +R is way more livable. The drop overall is perfect and i paired these with AFDs wheel spacers as well. The fitment is perfect. I know there is not a lot of feedback online about these so wanted to throw my opinion out there. We will see how these fair long term but so far i love it.

OEM+ Done RightAeroflow Dynamics springs completely transformed the Type R.The drop is perfect gives that aggressive stance without ruining daily drivability. Ride quality feels OEM+, just a bit stiffer, exactly what the car needed. Handles tighter, looks better, and still comfortable enough for everyday driving. Highly recommend if you want that balanced setup between performance and style.

These lowering spring are everything Aeroflow Dynamics professess springs to be!Perfect drop for factory 19” wheel & tire, not saying I’m breaking laws but brilliant and obvious performance improvement for my FL5 with being a firm and stronger spring than factory equipment.

The springs for this type R FL5 are great. They are almost as comfortable as the stocks while giving the car a great look with that one inch drop and even better handling around corners. dropped the body roll significantly. Would definitely recommend for that OEM plus look.
